The Foundation for Medical Care of Tulare and Kings Counties was established in 1959 as a not-for-profit service organization. Our membership consists of physicians and other health care providers practicing in Tulare and Kings Counties. The Foundation was established for the purpose of promoting the private practice of medicine, and to provide quality care at a reasonable cost. We also stress freedom of choice by the patient along with the necessity of guarding the "time-honored physician/patient relationship".
